Perception, Barriers and Acceptance of COVID 19 Vaccination in Surgical Patients: A Single Centre Study

Background: The COVID-19 vaccination programme has been one of the most important measures to reduce spread and severity infection. However, acceptance vaccine met with challenges due speed its development concerns about side-effects. aim this study was assess knowledge as well barriers overall impact on personal protective behaviors surgical patients. Method: In cross-sectional study, a self-completed questionnaire given inpatients all general surgery wards at district hospital between April May 2021. Results: A total 202 respondents participated in males comprised 29.2% individuals surveyed. majority were over 40 years old (68.3%).
